It's the second time they've caught the building on fire. The first was back in February. LAFD is on-scene and seems to have it knocked down pretty quick. I'd imagine just a weld gone awry.

Eric:

The fire involved a towable diesel powered generator used by a construction crew, that was discovered ablaze in the underground parking structure and extinguished (without injury) less than 12 minutes after the fire was reported. There was no structural involvement. The event was considered accidental.
