Bridge Presentation Looks a Little Familiar

DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Tonight was the March DLANC Board meeting. Among the agenda items was a presentation on the Sixth Street Bridge, basically the same info (though shorter) from the meeting I went to back in January.
There were a few new slides in the presentation, though, and I have to say I was quite surprised when one of them featured this very photo, taken during the Marathon. The consultants left after their presentation so I didn’t get a chance to question them on it, but it absolutely was this shot. To be honest it’s not even one I’m hugely fond of, but it may well be the only one out there of the marathon procession coming down the bridge.

Interesting. I wonder if your CC license allows them to use the image for their presentation.
I would say yes (it’s an illustration in a presentation… I don’t consider that a commercial use), but it also requires attribution. I’ve got the little name tag in the bottom left, but if you’re sizing the image down that’s likely not going to be sufficient.
