Downtown Art Ride - The Opening Tour

For almost 2 years now I've been leading a bike ride that coincides with the Downtown Art Walk called the Downtown Art Ride. The ride takes places every second Thursday at 5pm and in the past we have tried to visit every gallery on the Art Walk. As it turns out, 4 hours isn't enough time to get to every gallery, so this time we're trying something new: The Opening Tour.

The Opening Tour, as the name would suggest, is a tour of all the galleries that are having openings during the Art Walk/Ride. Here is a list of galleries that are having openings today: Art Murmur, LACDA, Regent Gallery, DLANC Outreach Center, Crewest, M.J. Higgins, Gary Leonard studio, 626 Gallery and Infusion. Obviously if you don't have a bike, you can still check out these openings, rumor is most will have free wine and cheese.

You can check out a google map of the galleries, and the route we are taking here. The ride starts at 5pm at the Art Murmur gallery on 6th between Main and Los Angeles. If you can't make it out this month be sure to plan on joining us for the July ride.
