DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES —
The Downtown Toilet has a new younger, cheaper sibling, as Don Garza reports that one of the new APTs in Central City East has been brought on line. Jan Perry held a press conference this morning and neglected to invite us, despite (certainly not because of?) Toilet Watch.
The APTs in Central City East differ from those getting installed elsewhere in that they are free to use. It’s an area in desperate need of facilities, and these new APTs are a welcome addition.
