DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES — Joshman left this as a off-topic comment in the Main street meeting post, but I thought it worthy of tapping into your collective wisdom:
I have to plan an end of year party for my office (14 people). We work in Downtown and I want to keep us in downtown. We have about 4 hours to kill in the afternoon. I was thinking about a good lunch and then a tour of something cool. Maybe lofts, arts district, gallery row, disney concert hall. Does anyone have any good ideas?
Thanks! I appreciate any suggestions.
It’s end of the year, so perhaps a little ice skating at Pershing Square?

Rumor has it that the Times will have an article re. Pershing Square come Sunday. Could another design competition be heading our way?
(1) Lunch at Traxx and tour of Pico House and Union Station.

I went to a holiday party once at the penthouse of the Oviatt building (where Cicada is). It was pretty cool. Check here for more info - http://www.oviatt.com/html/history/history.html
