If you haven’t stopped by lately, you might not know that the Famima!! on 6th street is now open until midnight during the week. The clerk I asked wasn’t sure whether the move applied to other Downtown stores or just theirs, but said it took place a week or two ago. It’s a nice move, and quite possibly a response to the 24-hour 7-Eleven just a block away.

Thats great news to hear. Now we have more choices and variety. I have passed by the new 7-11 but i have yet to go inside. I personally enjoy the famima very much, i am not the average “joe”, actually bit more of a nerdy-preppy-geek. So their selection is right up my alley.

It’s far from as fancy as a Famima (or even 7-11), but the Hotel Cecil has a 24 hour mart too.

This is awesome. They only recently added an hour from 10:00 pm to 11:00, so I’m glad they just decided to go till midnight.

And Metro Local, thanks for letting me know about the Cecil’s store… I’m moving in up the block, so I can definitely make use of that.
